Keep Out of the Woods
No teddy bears in the wood,
Mummy bear forbids it,
As all good mothers should.
How do you explain
To a young teddy bear
that danger lurks,
In woods everywhere.
Why should adults
And all that is sane
Have need to explain,
It is a crying shame
It takes away their innocence,
And makes them suspicious and wary,
The woods where they loved to play,
It's becoming frightening and scary.
So don't go down to the woods today,
As you may get a big surprise,
The person that you meet there,
May be the cause of your demise!
