Keep My Heart To Myself
At times I think my heart is too big
Maybe I should shrink it;keep it well hid
Close it so it doesn't feel hurt and pain
Protect it and keep it well contained
Cloak it in armour so it can't be touched
Then maybe it wouldn't be used so much
Put it up high on an unreachable shelf
Maybe I should keep my heart to myself
