Keep Murmuring Like the Israelites
Curses not heard by the closest ears,
Speaker source a bundle of cold fears,
On his alert skin trembling hairs:
They would not fail to seize all his wares...
He has heard his neighbors grunts and cries:
Whines which leave wet eyes and cheeks one dries
Not much Alan can do, if he phones
But neither much help is sure from moans
"Keep murmuring like the Israelites
Even as it lacks electrolytes:
The slight, the spite; Oh yes, the sure bite!
History shall you remember and cite!"
