Karma Is An Elephant
Never say never, right? Wrong.
I reject that age-old premise.
Never speak ill of anyone,
Never mistreat,
Never betray,
Never fail to apologize
For slights you've caused,
Never fail to forgive trivialities,
Never burn all your bridges,
Never turn away from God,
Never step on the neck
Of someone
You're bound to meet
When your up is down,
Never cross the rubicon
Of no return, of no redemption.
Instead, always do the right thing,
Always spread positivity,
Always help when help is needed.
Your words and deeds
Determine your destiny
Remember, everything in life
Comes full circle.
Karma, no matter what kind, is...
An elephant.
