Karma

Whatever happened to this beautiful dust
Where I first planted my seeds
The visions and dreams of endless love
I thought I found all I'd ever need
But the seeds grew without me
And were carried away with the subtle winds
I never realized it was a price to pay
For ignoring the garden they were in
I never got to see the fruit they would bear
Or the joy they would bring to my heart
For the wind dropped them in another garden
Now we are so many miles apart
There is a pain that never dwindles
And a hole in your heart that will never heal
When you reject the love in your garden
Then rejection you will always feel
