Kaleidoscope King Seeks New Queen
Kaleidoscope King ponders a replacement woman for him.
Queen was gone, for sure, he understood this, after a time.
She'd have to be outgoing, fun, and have a sense of humor for his kin.
His children would drag her through their muck and grime
Would have to have stamina, and energy that oozed around the room.
Her looks would not matter, he was beyond caring about stuff like that.
Would have to be computer proficient and be able to maneuver Zoom.
He did not care if she was a bit ugly, plain, or just a wee bit fat.
He was thinking this when the door opened and a beauty walked in.
She was not corpulent, but sassy, with red hair, and a tiny bit thin.
Her smile lit up the room, and made him feel all of six years-old.
Her eyes were glittering, green and pretty; she was truly bold!
This is the replacement woman, he thought, she’s the one for sure!
Spies came back with nods that her ideas were sweet and pure.
She looked over at the Kaleidoscope King and said “Sorry, Honey,
But your age trumps all feelings I could ever have for your money.”
