Well I've learned something now Jim never heard of American haiku then again when I started writing there were many forms I had never heard of at all - thanks for your feedback :-) hugs Jan xx

Thank you I would classify this as a modern American haiku in line with Kerouac haiku style I truly appreciate your feedback as I enjoy so many of your writes.
