Just Thinking

JUST THINKING by Donna 10/12/2014
When I think back to days of yore,
it's no longer as it was before !
Times seemed much simpler way back then !
Often I'd like to go back again !
If I did, I might find the gold
and not feel the yoke of growing old !
Still, I'm wiser than I used to be...
see things I didn't used to see !
So when I'm feeling kind of low,
I remember the "status quo"
and offer thanks for what's come to me...
gifts from up above..my FAMILY

Jan Allison October 12, 2014 at 5:19 PM Oh I agree 100% with these words of wisdom - how simpler life was and maybe we were happier as we had less material goods ... no computers etc etc - oh how times have changed. I have an appreciation for all the new stuff but it sometimes feels like the art of conversation has gotten lost among the texting, tweeting, etc. Have a good night
