Just the Thought
Just a thought of you can make me smile.
It doesn’t matter whether you’re a foot away, or a mile.
I just want to see you and to be with you…
and never let go.
Sometimes I wish time would stop,
so I would never have to leave,
so I can just continue to believe that I love you
and hope you feel the same way I do.
You make me laugh you make me smile.
Wish I could do the same for you. I just feel helpless like a child;
I want to see you in such a short while.
But I got to have patience…
but I can’t take the suspense…
you give me the butterflies,
but I give nothing but sighs.
I miss you so much; all I hear is cries coming from my heart.
This only happens when you and I come apart.
I feel so empty, like something is missing from me.
Though I dream trying to stay sane, it’s just not the same.
I have followed my imagination, but not reality.
