Just Tell Me To Let Go

I cant take this much longer.

You leading me on, hurting me everyday.

Wanting me to stay available just incase you decide to have me one day.

How can i wait for you if you wouldn't do the same.

Saying you love me and need me day after day,

only making me fall for you even harder.

Just tell me we'll never be so that i can move on.

The wait is literly killing me and i don't know what to do.

You mean the world to me and there isnt anything i want more then you.

But i can't wait forever love, just tell me i don't stand a chance.

Please oh please i'm begging you just tell me to let go.

Because if you havn't noticed, I am falling apart.

I need you in my life, that you know for sure.

I think that is the only thing from letting me walk right out the door.

You made me fall in love with you,

so you can use me as your little toy.

How could you do this to me and just leave me hanging on.

Just tell me to let go.

thx for the comment... i see you are going thru something almost identical... i know its extremely hard but sometimes you have to tell yourself when its time to let go... when you love someone that much and its obvious the feeling isnt mutual i think it might be better to save ourself even more pain down the road... its like trying to predict the future. you're not always going to be right and sometimes the safest looking path brings the most trouble... its a tough choice... but its meant to be

Having just read Allie's poem of a similar nature, it seems a lot of folks take pleasure in messing with people's emotions. I probably should be telling you to "let go," but I know how hard that is. Maybe if you share your poem with him, it will help him see how much anxiety he's causing. Strong message comes through in your poem. Good job! Love, Carolyn
