our free will chooses
either blissful joy or agitation

within vibrant void of stillness 
ego thoughts rested
that that is is bliss in fullness

clues abound we see them not
as each breath renews
fickle attention in fears fraught

we shine bright as love and light
bewildered by shadows
delusion veiling wrong from right

looking in within what do we see
attachments fleeting
stagnation therein cause of ennui

identity dissolves in joy continuum 
desire births anxiety
soul free devoid of ego residuum

life a flow not a fixed coordinate
yet we fuel passion
oblivious to bliss pulse that elates

be to become at ease as the breeze
unfettered unbound 
celebrating in embrace and release
