Just Stand By the Lord
J-ust stand by the Lord,
U-nder His endless power;
L-et His righteousness reign
I-n your life to obey, not to
E-rr.
A-im to stand by the Lord,
N-ever ever turn away;
N-either backslide nor wane as you wait for the great day.
M-erry month of warm July,
A-t the thirty-first break of day;
G-et up and hold a prayer,
S-aying, 'Please guide my way'.
I-nstead of sitting with the wicked,
S-ave yourself from satan's sword;
I-n spite of accusations, just stand by the Lord.
