Just Sling 'Em

Straight
        from the
    Heart, sling 'em 
     Forget all that
    meter, metaphor 
 and rhyme...just sling
     'em from your
       pure Heart
         Straight

There would be less war if more poetry was encouraged in schools because of the cathartic way poetry has of healing emotional wounds. An endearing poem Gershon. I hope it is a winner for you if for a contest. I have been away and it is great to be back reading your words. : )
