Just Pray

Is that your voice
I hear dear Lord?
Are you calling out to me?
All the blessings that I have
I promise not to hoard.

A still small voice
In the middle of the night.
It’s louder now,
I still have a choice.

I can turn to you
And look above
Wrap my arms
In heavenly love.

When doubts and fears
Seem to assail
I’m listening Lord
I shall not fail.

Hold on my child
Don’t let go.
I’ll never leave you,
I’m not your foe.

The darkness comes
Before too long,
The light will be here
Just be strong.

Have faith in me
My child I swear,
Just come to me
I answer prayer.
