Just Out of Sight

I feel you there beyond the veil
a tenderness never before known

soft moving as a warm spring breeze
your touch I feel so brief

I love you words never needed
your sorrows are mine

even though I can not see
not one tear shed on your cheek

your whispers of warmth flow by
drawing hearts in the sky

an inter love shines bright
my trust in you unfading

no matter where you go
that love never dies

Yes, true love is everlasting. Interesting slant on the topic. The title works well with the poem. Keep on writing! Thank you for your kind words on my haiku. Have a wonderful day. Karen

What a tender composition of love and devotion ... it draws me in so much that I am almost a part of it ... forgive my intrusion into the privacy of such an awesome feeling ... this is poetry! Excellent talent.

A gentle beauty of expression. Whether this is for someone real, or an intuitive feeling of love to be, it is most breathtaking. My favorite is the fifth verse. So very beautiful. Love, Shar
