Just Breath

When the light goes out
And you lay your head
To rest
At times it's hard to
Switch to what is best
The need to breath and
Close your eyes
As you look toward the
darkened Skies
Thoughts of the day,
Things coming your way
Keep your mind on the
Run
You pray that soon it
Will all get done
Finally with heavy eyes
You slip off into a world
Of many dreams
Where do they come from
And what do they mean?
Your heartbeat slows
And your body settles down
You are finally feeling
That you are not going
To drown
An Angel you see looking
Down Upon you
Whispering "you are doing
What you are meant to
Don't worry, we got you."
GOD has your life and path
Already planned and set
So sleep now my child
And never worry, cry or
Fret
