Just Before Dawn

The day will come soon when Jesus will beckon.
    The time draws near when He'll call us away.
Keep your lamps trimmed and always be ready,
    Christ Jesus will come and He will not delay.
Be filled with compassion,joyful and loving.
    Stand on His Word, be faithful and true.
Build you foundation on Jesus ,the Savior,
    if He is your first love, He's coming for you.

        Just before dawn
           some glorious morning,
               Jesus will call His children away.
        He'll take them home
            just as He promised,
                to be where He is ,what a wonderful day.

Oh, what a day,what a happy reunion.
    Oh what a day when God's trumpet sounds.
Calling us home to be with Christ Jesus.
    There all is love and beauty abounds.
The dead shall rise first,then those who remain
    shall be caught up to be evermore with the Lord.
To look on His face as He bids them welcome.
    Yes, just before dawn He'll call "All aboard!"


        Just before dawn
            one glorious morning
                Jesus will call and we'll fly away.
        He'll come with a shout
            and the hevens will open.
                We will go home, what a wonderful day!
