Just because I said I do…
Is not the reason why
And not even when you asked the question
And my heart took off to fly.
Thinking back to when we first met
How we walked then hand in hand
And the conversations that seemed endless
Memories, oh, so grand.
So many years have passed now
And so many nights we shared
Feeling safe together
Our hearts and souls we bared.
Time has taken toll now
We walk still hand in hand
From passion and young love
Grew something really grand.
