Just Around the Corner

People find each other,
Every minute of every day,
And people get lost,
Somewhere along the way.
Only to find,
That just around the corner,
Is someone amazing,
A love to last forever.

It was what it was,
And you don't have to forget,
Just fading sweet memories,
Like a farewell sunset.
And before,
You can can even take a sigh,
Just like that from behind,
Familiar hands cover your eyes,
And something special starts,
To do it all over again,
To get that old feeling,
From someone new or old time friend.
