Just An Ember
So tough to remember
My time as an ember
Keep a flicker alive
To let a flame arrive
Kindness does fuel one's heart
A noble way to start
Cradle me in your hand
Rush to hearth burning grand
Then become light again
Feel the heat, not the pain
Love's brightest defender
Remember the ember
