Just a Soldier

A civilian on the battlefield,
A soldier among his people,
He is even a child of two parents.

He is still but a soldier,
nothing more, nothing less.

A warrior in life,
A citizen on the frontlines.

We are all soldiers for our countries,
nothing more, nothing less.

Humans are all fighting for the sake of returning home,
To be a soldier, not for war, but for peace.

For each person is but a soldier,
Nothing more, nothing less.
