Just a Moment

The wind passes by my ears. I close my eyes and listen to its spin. It makes minds and moments climb to my ever present stillness. As the internal components creep, The non rapid eye movements cease. Slowly my mind, breath, and heartbeat slow and I fall slowly to the beat of the street cement cracks. Silence and tired senses fall apart all around me. And for an instant, I am rested, From the chaotic world around my soul.
