Just a Few Things

Just a few things that I do hunger for 

When the sun... bakes 
When the snow... flakes 
Scenic... breath takes 
I just adore 

Vanilla... milkshakes 
Sprinkled... cupcakes 
Boating... on lakes 
Just a few more 

Just a few things that I don't hunger for 

Virus... outbreaks 
Sneaky people... snakes 
Aging body... aches 
That make me feel sore
 
Under-covered… fakes 
Trembling... earthquakes 
All my... mistakes 
Out the door 

I don't hunger for... anyone to fall 
I do hunger for... happiness for all

Most cities have earthquakes more often than they think.wisconsin had earthquales.You just cannot feel them like southern Califonia or India. Earthquakes are rare events. 6 folks died in the heat in the Midwest, Nobody dies in earthquakes unless severe. But ,,,love jour joyful poem. A mild earthquake is nothing..I have lived through many. Fortunately, living here in New Jersey we don't get to much as far as earthquakes, twisters..etc. But in some shape or form Mother Nature can show up anywhere and in the most unexpected places.
