Just a Dream

I look at his photograph every night
He's a dream and ignorant as he could ever be
He walks past and I can't breathe
His words hang in the air
I just stare and hold on
Hold on to every detail and every word
He's oblivious just as lovers are
He gets in the car with that girl
She's lucky cause
He's the reason for my pain
He's a love I'll never gain
Just a dream, he's everything and more
Just a dream, my heart has to do some waking up
