Jungle Love

I keep my left foot in the war zone
I keep my right foot in the jungle,
While I scramble for my cheerios[ 0's }
I do it bundle by bundle,

It's the year of gettin' yo' money right
and my pockets are hollow,
I've seen street soldiers fall young
so I dismiss tomorrow,

I keep my head high as look to the sky,
Everyday is like a rerun
So am I chasing a lie?,

I've been in & out of bad places
some filled with villians & shanks,
I put love inside my pistol
But it clapped out blanks,

Because we're roamin' on a cold planet
So the block are gelid,
I anylize my visions of where i'm headed,
I regret my decision & I dred it,

And I wonder will my family mourn,
will I see the Pen again
while i'm being baptized in the storm?,

In the world it's like your days go by slow,
I don't want to miss my loved ones
so I choose to retrospect
I listen to smooth music with my closed,

I think back on my days as a youth,
in the pits of the Game
I'm wondering did they teach me the truth?
