Jungle Dinner

I moved in last week, This work in progress house Is nearing completion, Electricity is not yet connected, I have collected my full chicken From the house next door’s fridge, Now I sit by the fire, juggling with The pots and pans, My woman is away, she should Have seen how so locked up I become when I want my food, Well cooked and delicious like this, The food is ready, I sit in my lonesome, and make good, I seem to understand how, Jungle dinners are the talk Of this resort town, This dinner is for one, Everyone else is welcome, The full moon is there for all to see Me alone in this jungle dinner.
