Juggernaut

When I read the wiki's definition
of juggernaut* as a fierce
and ruthless force, I shrug.

When I see the face of Jagannatha,
full of eyes, smiling at me,
I cannot but smile back.

When I think about his younger sister,
lovely Subhadra, I sigh
like a snake in the jug.

* The word is derived from Jagannatha, which is one of the names of Krishna.

like a snake in the jug. so cool, Kurt. I did not even really know what this creature was, so it's good to see someone writing about it.

This is a classic comparison from ancient Indian literature. I like it too)
