Judgement Day

JUDGEMENT DAY
(What if there is a judgment day as the wise of old tell us? What if? What then?)


On the awful day of
Judgment
We should not be surprised 
At all
If
Before us standing we  
Find
The most merciless judge of
All: 
Ourselves!

Accusing us for all our
Crimes
Since he knows every single
Detail,
Forgetting nothing of what we
Did,
The accusation he will never
Curtail!

My sins will be as far away as the East is from the west and I will praise my Lord for his Loving Kindness. If I face God on my own I will surely be destroyed.
