Joy In Singing

He simply wanted to sing,
Enjoyment to him it did bring.
He arose each morning with a song
That lingered with him the day long.

He’d sing when he was down,
It thwarted many a frown.
He’d sing in the rain,
It eased him from his pain.

The moral of the story is this;
Much heartache you can miss.
Enjoyment it will to you bring
If you’ll simply learn to sing!
