Journey's End

From the day I was born there was no turning back,

From baptismal white to funeral black,

The path was prepared the journey unsure,

To find people and places in times unencountered before

The sands of time fall silently, the years they race to a close,

To learn finally where I did succeed,

Revealed by my creating host.
