Journey

JOURNEY

                          By DR RANJIT DUTTA

The journey of mine, as says
Is from dream to reality
From a time to infinity.
I don't have time as
The restless slaggy afternoon
Walks with me in the same direction.
I do'nt know where it leads?
I've left the glossy golden Sun
on my back
Before a minute ago.
I'm sure he's tired now.
The golden beauty makes him lazy
Before setting.
I never think
He'll lead me now
Over and over again
Spreading his last ray.
we both'll vanish soon
Like a sparkling mirage.
Yes,
We made for each other,
He's my best friend
From my birth to death.
My friend'll come
In the morning again
But not with I.
