Jesus Walked On Water

Jesus Walked On Water “48 He saw the disciples straining at the oars, because the wind was against them. Shortly before dawn he went out to them, walking on the lake. He was about to pass by them, 49 but when they saw him walking on the lake, they thought he was a ghost. They cried out, 50 because they all saw him and were terrified. Immediately he spoke to them and said, “Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.” “ Mark 6:48-50 NIV The fact that Jesus Walked On Water Showed He was not subject to earth’s laws. Gravity couldn’t make Him sink— The Father’s power has no flaws. Jesus was divine yet human— A one and only of His kind. The fact we can relate to Him— He was born part of mankind. Peter stepped out of the boat to join his Master, But he finally began to sink. He took his eyes off Jesus— His failed courage found no link. Because Jesus Walked On Water, Can we walk on water too? If our eyes are not on Him, Will we sink right out of view? When Jesus climbed into the boat, The wind became calm. The disciples had struggled with the oars, But now a smile took the place of their alarm. When Jesus Walked On Water, His disciples thought He was a ghost. They’d never seen such a miracle; A miracle only heaven could boast. Jesus Walked On Water And proved He was divine. His power was supernatural; To His Father’s power aligned. Miracles were a manifestation of His Father’s power; The power that left Him in His crucifixion, But returned at His resurrection hour. © Copyright 2012 Maureen LeFanue www.maureenlefanue.com

He did so many miracles and yet there were still unbelievers; amazing isn't it. I love the way you tell the story, the drama is all there along with your exquisite rhyme. Luv, Lizzie
