Jesus Set Me Free My Friend

I'm glad I'm in the house of God
I'm glad I'm in the house of the Lord
I've come today to praise Him
And hear His mighty Word
I'm glad that I'm forgiven
And I know that God loves me
For I used to be in bondage
But Jesus set me free
Jesus set me free my friend
Jesus set me free
I used to be in bondage
But Jesus set me free
I'm enjoying this new life that God has given me
I used to be in bondage but Jesus set me free
So when I think of what He's done
And who I am today
I thank the Lord with all my heart
But this I have to say
I no longer have to fear about my destiny
For in Christ I have the truth
And the truth has set me free.
