Jesus I Know That You Can Turn My Life Around
So often I have tried to
believe in Jesus’ name…
Many times, I have brought
him so much shame.
Now matter how much I try…
I fall and stumble…
The uncertainties of life have
caused me to grumble.
Why, Oh Lord, does this keep
happening most every day?
I’m almost at a lost for
the right words to say…
I can almost see Jesus with
his arms extended.
My heart needs to be
repaired and mended…
I come to you Jesus, with a life
“turned upside down…”
Asking you to forgive me and to
“turn things around…”
I know that your love can
make me complete.
I can feel your presence...
From my head to my feet.
I thank you! My Lord and my God!
Your love shines brighter
than a lightning rod!
I know that I can give
you all of my trust.
Living for you each day.
I know that I must!
Giving my life for yours is my Godly duty
As I worship your majesty and beauty!
You have planned my life
according to your design!
And have given me joy
and a Godly peace of mind!
