Jesus
Jesus today is the day of your birth
The very day you came down to earth
Sometimes we forget the real reason for this time of year
We get caught up in the partying and cheer
And forget why you were really sent
And the short time that you had spent
Trying to show us the right way to live
Showing how to be kind to one another and give
As much as we can to the unfortunate people of this land
To live a good and honest life
Being a good husband and wife
Bringing your children up to believe
Doing good you will always receive
The blessing and protection of the lord
God has never let me down
Through times of trouble I have found
