Jeremy

I haven’t known you very long
I have heard about you for years
Already you are in my heart
So deep to bring me to tears.

You scare me with your words
How life is not so good
You are too young to think this
I want to help you if I could.

Your mother is part of the problem
Please talk to her I plead
Tell her how she makes you feel
Tell her what you need

If talking to her doesn’t help
And a mother is what you miss
I would love to be your “mom”
This would bring me pure bliss

I want you to know something
Think of this when you are blue
I love you Jeremy Duffy
You are the son I never knew.
