Jazz Fan

My woman moves
Like a jazz melody
Improvised on saxophone
Haunting... sensuous
Undulating and slow
Every eye is drawn to her

Each movement mesmerizes
And every man
Becomes a music fan
Praying for a few
More rhythmic measures
Before she passes out of sight.

I enjoy a jazz concert
Command performance
Every night

I absolutely love this! For one, I am a jazz freak, for another the metaphoric use of jazz as a woman. Wonderful!!!
