January 31 2015 High Hopes

You have high hopes
For your kids
To grow up and
"Learn the ropes."

Then they grow
And soon you know
If this kid is
Gonna go.

Go to the moon,
Go far and soon
Their dreams take
Flight and soar.

They roar like lions,
Soar like eagles
To treetops.

Thnx SKAT A. The end was actually random and I didn't like it but to some extent it just didn't seem right without it.
