Jailed Sleeping

Insects
meek mosquito
came, sung, drank blood to live
harmless to harmful they’re killer
in race!

I killed
colored my hand
no blood I kept in them
They were mosquitoes of last night
none knew

CID team
from the insects
charged, seized and punished me
for lifelong; coward I was jailed
sleeping!

This poem makes me wonder how soon I can smack the killer mosquito which has been buzzing in my ear for two days. In my sleep. Good grief! That must be when he is feeding!
