Huuuuuuuuh

I breath out as I lean back and place my hands behind me for support,
on this gray stepped on sidewalk. My head now staring at the things in front of me,
in which to me are not appealing but, I am to lazy to close my eyes to dismay the sights
that have come to insert in my path of vision. I just sit across the street from a
neighborhood that's not mine and I stare into the homes of people that will not open the
door to me.
Behind me the school noise is dying down, for the quantity of highschoolers are diminishing
with every engine I hear coming to pick up whatever child is theirs and going to the mass
of metal at the lights; to disperse later on different roads.

"I'm just seventeen..."

I say out loud to myself, straightening my back and placing my arms on top of my knees,
as my hands pause between them. My thought came out of my mouth and gave me slight comfort
cause of it's simple truth it had given to me. I'm just seventeen and honestly, even
though I do not know how to deal with the pain that was chosen to be gifted to me today,
nor do I know how I will deal with it tomorrow and the next day, and the next day, and the
next day. Hopefully enough days will pass that I won't feel it anymore and I could go on
with being the age that I am to turning into other ages... Exactly, I'm just seventeen and
I have a lot ahead of me still to give up tomorrow for today.
