When life seems to move at an uncontrollable pace
Be mindful and put into perspective the challenges you face
Don’t dwell too much on the past, as what’s done is done
Don’t ponder too much on the future, as it’s yet to come
Life is full of experiences and what’s important is attitude
So whatever you’re dealt, learn from it and accept with gratitude
Make the most of NOW, it’s what we have for certain
Not knowing when it’ll be swept behind our final curtain
Time gets squeezed but time should be found
For one’s you respect, love and enjoy being around
It’s irrelevant if life’s glass is half empty or half full
Just be thankful if you have any glass at all
