Ivory Flakes

   Snowfall in winter
   drizzling as ivory flakes.
   Chilled breeze blowing
    as if without break.

    Jack Frost jumping,
    busy to jog,
    even crazy
    in mist and fog.

    Floating in wind
    ivory flakes :
    Jack Frost walking
    on frozen lakes.

Sitting on bough of birch tree
    White owl rotating neck.
    Ceaseless falling
    ivory flakes :
    Woodpecker didn't
     dare to peck.

     Declared snowy day :
     Watch shower of ivory flakes
     imprisoned at home.
     Enjoy hot milk shake.

     Lost love to reminisce
     looking at flying ivory flakes
     Leave fake hope,
     lost love not to remake.

Under single quilt, sweetheart to take,
     wishing little warmth.
     Outside drizzling ivory flakes !
     Spend night in mirth.
