I'Ve Been Going Through Changes That Are Truly Difficult To Explain

I’ve been going through changes that are truly difficult to explain

I’ve been going through changes
that are truly difficult to explain

But I will try to explain them
in the 
best way that I possibly can

A couple of years ago
I had my heart broken 

And I did my 
best 
to try move on 

But ever since then 

I have never been the same 

Like I was way back then

Because my heart 
literally grew numb

And now that the years
have come and gone

Since that time 

I seemed to have forgotten

What it feels like 
to love someone

That can truly love me in return 

And I honestly miss that feeling
of having 
a true mentor and a companion

That I can also call 
my very best friend

But to this day I have never 
come close to dating anyone

Because I am still 
waiting 
for the right one

I can certainly relate to your feelings in this one, I was beyond devastated when my marriage ended and existed in a fog for a couple years, very touching , someday someone special will find you Dean and she will be worth the wait

Enjoyed reading your honest work...To truly love someone and lose them especially to death would be a very difficult situation to handle and to mend and then love again..May God grant you a second love that will love you to the fullest that your heart could desire..Sara
