I'Ve Bargained and Accepted My Angry Denial Poem

Denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance... The five stages of grief; It's been a year now and still I've no relief. I'm still in denial; you did not die. I still can't accept it, even though I try. I've tried bargaining, But the anger is always there; Depression is my friend, I pretend not to care. Acceptance is for fools; I have no bargaining to spare. I can't deny my anger, When acceptance is never there.

Luckily I haven’t been there...yet. I dread the day. I can’t imagine the suffering.
