It's Your Day Again

It’s your day again

I’ll watch you walk across that stage
as I think about your first school days.
You were so little and naive then
with your favourite food tin
and you accept
you called JOY.
You’ve grown taller and intelligent,
Some are dreamers
Some are talented
You are both
The complexion still the same
But your smile is the same.
No one will clap louder
when they call your name on 7th
Boyfriend will be watching in close range
I have never thought so close to me
But these time,
Its home.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
