It's Worth a Shot

Maybe I should do it
Is it worth a shot
So I said to myself
What the hell and why not

How should I do It
What should be my first step
Make a plan of attack
Figure what to do next

So yes I will try it
It's time to take action
Must be worth a shot
Not a fatal attraction

I hope I won't fail
It can't be an option
That's not part of my plan
Not part of my logic

I laid my cards down
Put all in what I got
What's life without risk
If it's not worth a shot

Can't go back on it now
My choice has been made
A gamble I took
Hope the dealer will pay

I live a fine line
But I a fool I am not
You won't know what happens
If you don't take a shot
