It's the Little Things
It's the little things you do
That shows the kindness of you
A pat on the hand, a look in the eye
Taking time to listen to me cry
A soft word calming fears
The crack of a joke to help dry tears
Made a lunch to give me a meal
Knowing just how good it made me feel
Listening to my hectic day
A warming silence in an easy way
The simple fact easy to see
You really do care about me
Making it known that you are near
Reassuring there is nothing to fear
It's the little things you do
Makes it easy to love you
