It's the Adhd
I have to say
because that's what i do
centre of attention
never listened too
impulsive outspoken
words seep through
blurted and blew
uncontrolled but true
repulsive uncouth
mind mouth aloof
yeah i'm mentally loose
no choice no choose
my feet are my shoes
unprotected and bruised
heart's on the sleeve
you can see every beat
i speak what i see
it's the ADHD
