It's Over - Moving On

Sleepless nights were the very worst
When the love that we had made
Together was ruined by you.

It was too long to feel the pain
Your memories were all over me like bloodstains
On my shirt I can’t wear anymore.

Hung my head as I lost you now
My world turned to silence
Scary shout but no one heard me.

Storm kept on raging
When I was dying
That’s when I finally realized…

On the next day
Your footprints were all gone
I just thought I’m over you.

There was nothing left in me
When the gold turned to rust
That covered my whole bedroom.

So I made a big backyard pit
I let good things decay
Threw our memories away.

I lost my mind
I wanted to kill myself so bad
But something just stopped me.

Storm kept on raging
When I was dying
That’s when I finally realized…

On the next day
Your footprints were all gone
I just thought I’m over you.
