It's Not What Happened To Me But What They Do

I was a victim to my mates
I was a victim to my bosses
I want you to see them straight
not give sympathy for my losses

I don’t want your attention
look at what they did
I’ll handle my tension
just sense their hatred

See them for what they are
understand what they’re like
how they hate and go to far
their sick minds strike

Realise their reputation
what it is and should be
proof not speculation
and I’ll take care of me

I want you to know what they are like
not focus on what happened to me
do that and I’ll be alright
I don’t want your sympathy

It’s not about what happened to me
it’s about what they will do
if you look at me you will not see
their horrid through and through

Once you see what I have seen and understand it's true
we will share a common ground and we can exchange views,
but if you do not look and see because you look at me
then I am all alone with facts only known to me
